Supplier Code of Conduct
We want supplier relationships that can survive repeated orders, audits, inspections and difficult conversations.
Non-negotiable expectations
No counterfeit or pirated goods. No silent material substitution. No falsified certificates, origin claims or test reports. No deliberate quality downgrade after sample approval. No concealment of serious production problems.
Inspection
Suppliers must accept product-appropriate pre-shipment inspection and corrective action where a material non-conformance is found.
Transparency
Commercial and technical changes must be disclosed before shipment. Where a supplier is also a represented manufacturing partner, relevant conflicts should be disclosed to the buyer.
Long-term standard
We would rather lose an order than protect a transaction that requires compromising legality, quality or trust.
