Do you keep a hidden margin between buyer and supplier?
Our model is built around commercial transparency. Where disclosed commission applies, our earnings are identified instead of being intentionally hidden inside an artificial product markup.
Can a buyer skip inspection to save money or time?
No. Mandatory pre-shipment inspection is a founding operating rule. Product-specific laboratory or third-party testing may also be required when visual inspection is not sufficient.
Do you guarantee the cheapest price in India?
No. We do not claim to always be the cheapest. We aim for a fair, workable and explainable price while protecting specification, quality and legality.
Do you supply counterfeit, replicas or unauthorized branded goods?
No. Counterfeit goods, piracy, copied logos, unauthorized branded products and deceptive substitutions are outside our business model.
Can you source products that are not listed in the catalogue?
Yes, subject to lawful trade, technical feasibility, supplier capability, compliance and inspection. Send a product name, photo, drawing, part number or specification for evaluation.
Do you work with manufacturers directly?
Yes. We accept partnerships with Indian manufacturers seeking global markets and international manufacturers seeking India market entry. Relevant commercial relationships should be disclosed rather than hidden.
What does EXW mean in your quotation?
The exact EXW named place and commercial terms will be stated in the quotation. Logistics, testing or other services outside the agreed EXW product price are identified separately where applicable.
Does the Africa 1% commission apply to every transaction?
No. It applies only to eligible transactions specifically quoted under the Africa Supply Program. Product price, inspection, testing, logistics, duties and other third-party costs may be separate.
